Standard Ad

THE MEDIA BOSS serves standard ad zones that are part of Universal Ad Package. Standard Ads are comprised of industry standard files (gif, jpg, png, swf). These ad zones are available across all THE MEDIA BOSS site and reach a broad audience.

Standard ads are accepted in the following sizes:

  • 960×120
  • 270×230
  • 270×130

Pop Slider Ad

Pop Slider Ads are sized at 350×520. On launch of site, the ad pops slider the guest’s browser in the same window. Ad acts as a leave behind, advertisement is present after loading the landing page.

Guidelines

These guidelines are set to make sure ad units meets professional standards.

General Ad Guidelines
  • Site reserves the right of final approval on creative assets.
  • All ad content must comply with Best & Professional Business Practice Ad Guidelines.
  • The advertising content must be clearly identifiable as an advertisement, as opposed to a link within site content. Advertisers must be clearly identified by name in at least one frame of the advertising content.
  • Ad units that have a white or partially light gray background must be bound by a visible one (1) pixel non-gray box built into the graphic.
  • Creative must still meet size specifications.
  • Ad units must have a linking URL that resolves to an active page.
  • All Flash creative must open a new window.
Flash Guidelines
  • Flash FLA files must be included with a SWF file upon request, and must be in version 5.0 or below.
  • Flash SWF file needs to be exported as version 10.0 or below.
  • Hard coded URLs are not allowed.
  • A default GIF will be served to browsers that do not have a compatible Flash Plug-In.
  • Frame Rate: 18 frames per second.
  • All creatives must be designed with a solid background color to avoid unwanted color conflicts with the displaying page.
